Salome / Seven Veils (Un-Dress piece). 1992.

Seven Veils covering the full color spectrum to be displayed arranged around a circle so that they are radiating from the center (black bordering red) and finally twisted counter-clockwise so they resemble a clockwise rotating wheel.

Seven units 27”x27” each. 100% nylon. Box with instructions for display.

A traveling Project, organized by the Museum Artistow, Lødz, Poland.
Conceived as an action against increasing chauvinism, nationalism and fascism the project was launched symbolically on the date the exhibition Entartete Kunst (“Degenerate Art”) was opened in Berlin in 1938.
